What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address, display name, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

When you use the site, we may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, features used, errors encountered) to help us improve the product.

Third-party services

PostHog: analytics & error tracking

We use PostHog to understand how people use the site and to catch errors. PostHog may set cookies and collect your IP address and browser information. This only happens if you have accepted cookies. If you reject the cookie banner, or have previously rejected it, no data is sent to PostHog.

You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Brevo: email & CRM

When you sign up, your email address and display name are added to our contact list in Brevo so we can send you service-related communications (e.g. important announcements). We do not sell your data or send unsolicited marketing.

To request removal from our mailing list, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use the following browser storage:

• tnt-theme: remembers your light/dark theme preference
• tnt-cookie-consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies
• tnt-auth: session cookie used to keep you logged in (httpOnly, not accessible to JavaScript)
• PostHog cookies: only set if you have accepted the cookie banner
